This answered all the questions and much more of what I had to do to help an elderly person fro fell down. How to help them once they had a fall, how to check if they are ok and even how to get them to stand back up or call for further help. It also opened my eyes to the extend of the needs the elderly has on a day-to-day basis. This was much more than I bargained for. Thank you Natalie.
